Early Enrolment of MFA(Multi-Factor-Authenticator) service for HKU Connect Graduate Account

This form is intended for Connect Graduate account users to have early enrolment to join the Microsoft MFA (Multi-Factor-Authenticator) registration and enforcement EARLIER than the assigned schedule (mentioned at the notification email) as to enhance the security protection for HKU Connect Graduate email account earlier. Please enter the following information and carefully review the notes prior to submitting your request for this early enrolment of MFA service.

  1. By clicking the "Submit" button above, you agree to accept the Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement as to join the MFA registration of your Connect Graduate Email Account on Exchange Online platform.
  2. Please note that this early enrolment of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service for your Connect Graduate email account is an irreversible process; once you have clicked the above “Submit” button with the correct name and password, then after 2 hours please continue to complete the MFA registration process by following this MFA registration guide (https://its.hku.hk/kb/user-guide-on-activating-multi-factor-authentication-mfa/). Your Connect Graduate account will have MFA enforcement 14 days after you click the submit button above.
