If you have forgotten your account password and would like HKU to reset the password for you, please complete the below request form. If the data match our records, your password will be reset and the new one will be sent to your registered email account within an hour.
如您忘記了網上申請系統用戶密碼，需要港大重新提供，請填妥以下的個人資料。如資料與檔案庫內的相符，新的密碼將於一小時內傳送到其登記的電子郵箱。
